Instructor Bios - Jill Hildebrand

Jill Hildebrand is back to Crop and Cruise by populer demand for her "life of the party" attitude and ability to put a smile on everyone's face especially as she guides them through the creative process of making "art"! Jill loves the emotion involved in the creative journey and is passionate about all the fun products available today... patterned paper, paint, ribbon, acrylic stamps, hand journaling & altered art are just a few of her many addictions! With an easy-going personality, she encourages scrappers to go a little CRAZY and become excited about the products in front of them firmly believing there are "NO MISTAKES – ONLY UNEXPECTED CREATIONS.”

Jill is currently a design team member of 5 years for Smalltown Scrappers in Manitoba, a published scrapbook artist in numerous Canadian Scrapbooker issues and one of last year's Crop and Cruise featured instructors. She lives on a grain farm in Crystal City, MB with husband Ron of 13 years and three beautiful children, Daria (10), Carter (7) & Asha (4). When not farming or scrapbooking, Jill uses her Bachelor of Education degree working as a substitute and enjoys home decorating & watching NBA games with her family!

Instructor Bios - Trisha Ladouceur

Trisha comes to Crop and Cruise from Edmonton where the long, cold winters provide plenty of scrapbooking time for her! She has been an avid scrapbooker for nearly 10 years and has taught for nearly 9 years in Canada and at stores and conventions across North America representing some of the hottest companies in the scrapbooking industry.

Most recently, Trisha has been given the honour of becoming an official"Primadonna" which will enable all class attendees the unique opportunity to take Prima Endorsed classes! She is also thrilled to be a part of the duo, "FIRE AND ICE", releasing their first collection in February 2008 at CHA-Winter, the extremely popular "Build-A-Book". As a Clear Album expert, many of her classes incorporate tips and techniques for working with this fun medium and you will quickly learn that Trisha loves to create projects that are very detail oriented and incorporate texture and dimension wherever possible! The best part is that she shows her students that ANY level of scrapbooker CAN create beautiful works of art when the steps are broken down!

Trisha has been married to her best friend Drew for more than 15 years and has 2 wild, but devilishly handsome boys, Logan and Carter who are more often than not, the source of her inspiration.
